These mediation costs are not permitted by law and you therefore never have to pay at 123Wonen. We act on behalf of our landlord for the properties in our available online offer and therefore you do not owe us any additional costs. Do you have questions about costs? When you as a tenant sign a brokerage agreement with 123Wonen, we perform work to help you as well as possible. What can you expect from us as a rental agent? Everything at a glance:

  • drawing up a customer profile to be able to make a match on suitable rental objects; viewing homes that match your customer profile;
  • conducting price negotiations about the amount of the rent and deposit of the object of your choice;
  • conducting negotiations on matters such as delivery dates, desired adjustments, delivery level, etc.;
  • convincing the landlord of the soundness of you as a tenant by means of a background check at EDR, Experian, WRH, NMOH, Focum and an identity check using IDChecker, checking your pay slips and receiving the salary;
  • collecting all necessary relevant documents from you as a tenant;
  • screening the landlord through practical and market experiences and past tenant responses;
  • drawing up a legally correct tenancy agreement;
  • conducting contractual negotiations about the articles stipulated in the rental agreement;
  • coordinating the introduction between the parties and mediating in any discussions;
  • coordinating the contract discussions between the parties and the signing of the contract;
  • reviewing the contract and related matters with you;
  • the coordination of the correct payment of all monies such as rent and deposit;
    coordination of key handover;
  • performing an extensive visual and text report upon key transfer (delivery inspection, including meter readings and number of keys) to avoid discussions about returning the deposit in the future;
  • after sales in the form of handling housing-related complaints and other requests from you as a tenant after delivery.
