Makelaar fees: commission
At Expat Homes Holland, we charge a No Cure No Pay commission fee. At the beginning of the sales process, we set a percentage of the sales price that you will have to pay. There is no standard fee, because we prefer to base the costs on your personal situation and preferences. No house or client is the same! Depending on your expectations of the sales process, we can sell your house for a makelaar fee starting at 1% (VAT included).
No Cure No Pay
Expat Homes Holland is a No Cure No Pay broker. We believe that a broker should only be rewarded once they achieve the desired result. If you decide to pull out of the sale, you won’t have to pay our real estate agent fees. When we decide to accept a sales order, it means that we are fully confident that we can take it to a successful conclusion. You only have to pay once we successfully sell your house!
